Lee Air's Windshield Temperature Controller makes Inaugural Space Flight

Virgin Galactic's VSS Unity completed its maiden Space Flight on December 13th, 2018.  Lee Air's onboard Windshield Temperature Controller maintained a crystal clear view for the pilots as they soared to 264,000 feet at Mach 2.8.   Click here to see more on Lee Air Controller Design Capabilities.

Lee Air's Development Team partnered with Aerospace Systems & Components (ASC) to address the need for control and metering of bleed air to a tandem cockpit. Marrying the expertise and experience of a dedicated group of Electrical & Mechanical Engineers with the Flow Experts of successful valve company resulted in Servo Controlled Valve Assembly perfectly fit for maintaining the comfort of Scorpion's next generation of Pilots.

The multi-year partnership with local USD 259 Cessna Elementary School continues to be one of the most successful annual events on on the Lee Air Community Calendar.  Employees donate school supplies and basic necessities for K-5th grade students to ensure all have the tools necessary to succeed in the classroom.
